GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION
- The official language of the Congress is English.
- Before submitting an abstract to the Congress, registration of the first author is strictly mandatory.
- Abstracts should be submitted via abstacts submission plataform. During submission, the participant will have the opportunity to select:
Type of intended presentation:
- Oral presentation
- Poster presentation

- Animal health
- Antimicrobial Resistance
- Basic and applied Toxicology
- Biomarkers, diagnostics and therapeutics
- Biopsychosocial risk factors
- Basic and clinical research

- Environmental health and risk assessment
- Epidemiology and decision making
- Ethics and social responsability
- Experimental models
- Forensics
- Immunology
- Nutrition and food safety & sustainability
- "Omics" Sciences (Genomics, Proteomics, Metabolomics)
- Other
Decision between poster and oral communications will be made by the Scientific Committee upon evaluation of all submitted abstracts and communicated until March 31, 2023.
The best communications will be awarded.

If the participant does not receive an email confirming the submission of the abstract, please confirm in the spam e-mail box.
ABSTRACT GUIDE:
The abstract, in English, will only be considered if the standards are strictly followed. The abstract must not exceed one A4 page. A template (in Word format) is provided. The file should be saved as follows: name_surname_poster.doc or name_surname_oral.doc (or docx).
Accepted abstracts will be published in the e-Book of Abstracts, in pdf format (only abstracts of registered participants will be included).

Authors should prepare 10 minutes presentation.
POSTERS
The authors are encouraged to use the following template. If you wish to use your own template, please follow the post specifications.
Posters specifications:
- File type: Acrobat PDF file
- File protection: PDF file needs to be editable. Please do not use a password protection.
- Poster dimensions: 120 × 90 cm (height × width)
- Resolution: 2384 px × 3370 px at 72 dpi
- File size: ≅ 1 MB – 5 MB (maximum file size is limit to 10 MB)
The best rated posters will be selected to be presented onsite and the remaining will be made available through the congress website during the meeting.
