Ana Rita Carvalho

My academic career began with the Professional Technical Course of Laboratory Analysis, with the course I acquired a lot of knowledge, namely in the area of chemistry, physical-chemical analysis, quality and safety. In the last two years of the professional course, I did a curricular internship at the company "Águas do Norte - ETAR do Sousa", from the hard work carried out in harvesting and daily physical-chemical analysis, I developed the project "Analysis of water and sludge - Compare the analyzes carried out to the water and mud during winter and summer". Then, I proceeded to the Bachelor's Degree in Forensic Laboratory Sciencies (IUCS), where I developed the research project "Assessment of acute and chronic toxicity of industrial and urban effluents using aquatic organisms" and I presented two communications, one at an international congress "The WaterReause for a Sustainable". After this we publish in "Environmental Science and Pollution Research". I'm currently carrying out a Master's Degree in Clinical Analysis and Public Health - Microbiology and Public Health meanwhile I did a professional internship in CESPU, where I did physical-chemical analysis and maintenance of aquatic organisms (daphnia, algae and protozoa).
